Spacious converted wing of an Edwardian house with well-equipped kitchen. Continental breakfast provided. Friendly and responsive host. Convenient location with easy parking. Will return if in the area.

The property was cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. It was conveniently located within walking distance to town and had lovely boutiques. The host was friendly and responsive, providing a generous supply of food for breakfast and a well-stocked kitchen.
It would have been nice to have an additional comfy seat in the lounge area. The entrance to the property was a bit difficult to find, suggesting a more visible sign would be helpful.

We had a fabulous Easter getaway at this charming house! the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with the well-stocked kitchen, which included a variety of breakfast items, such as bread, pancakes, and fresh fruit. the fridge was also filled with essentials like milk and yoghurt. the location was fantastic, with convenient shops nearby and plenty of beautiful walks right on our doorstep. We also loved that the house was dog-friendly, making it the perfect choice for our furry companions.
this was a minor inconvenience as we were able to access it in other areas of the house. if you have dogs that are prone to escaping, you might prefer a more secure area to let them out.

My recent stay at the converted wing of an Edwardian house was delightful. The spacious kitchen/dining/sitting area exceeded my expectations, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous supply of food for breakfast, including milk and bread. The dishwasher provided added convenience. The two small bedrooms and bathroom with an excellent shower were comfortable and clean. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions I had. The location was convenient, although finding the entrance to the drive was a bit challenging at first. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I find myself in the area again.

We had a really warm welcome from the host and were given all the necessary helpful information. The location was brilliant for us, within walking distance of lovely countryside, quiet, but relatively near to the road network we needed to use. The bed was comfy and all facilities to a really good standard. The breakfast provided was much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Cook's House in Hindhead! The spacious and beautifully decorated villa exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hot showers were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the lovely countryside. The breakfast provided was a thoughtful touch and kept us energized for our adventures. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the host and the helpful information provided. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The only minor drawback was the limited space for hanging clothes, but it did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

The Old Cook's House Hindhead is a hidden gem tucked away in a stunning natural setting. With comfortable beds and high-quality linen, a hot shower, and a well-equipped kitchen, this place offers the perfect retreat. the continental breakfast provided is a delightful touch, catering to everyone's taste. the views from the kitchen diner lounge are breathtaking, overlooking a picturesque valley. the excellent communication from Jackie and her warm welcome make you feel truly valued as a guest.
If I had to highlight one minor drawback, it would be the lack of a completely secure area to let dogs out directly from the door. the vast size of Jackie's garden compensates for this and the abundance of nearby walks makes up for it.
